Danny has been creating masculine art for over two decades.  His artwork depicting the mature masculine male has made him an internationally recognized artist.  His work resides in homes in Australia, New Zealand, England, France, Costa Rica, Germany, Japan, Canada, Finland, Spain, Brazil, Columbia and the United States.

Danny has been the Featured Artist in several publications including:

Danny likes the chiaroscuro techniques of the old masters where light and dark play against one another for dramatic intensity.  Danny uses technology to create his art.  He creates his models using several photographs, combining body parts and faces in an image composer on the computer.  He then draws and transfers the images to canvas, further manipulating the forms with paint till the desired outcome is acheived.

He has also created a technique where painted squares come together with cross-hatching to create a realistic look.  You can see this style in some of his works in the galleries. Five of the winners below were in that style.

Danny's artwork has received awards at many art competitions. Some winners are:

Danny is self taught for 25 years, but recently received a college degree in art from Miami-
Dade College where he enjoyed all the new avenues such as 3-D Design, Color and Composition, Live Figure Drawing, Painting Courses, Color and Theory, Metal Jewelry Making, Sculpture and many others.  The courses have given him more tools to create what he loves.
